By making payment, the user (Client) fully and unconditionally accepts the terms of this Public Offer.
SEO Nerve is an automated website SEO audit tool that analyzes publicly accessible web pages for search engine optimization factors. The service provides scores, metrics, and AI-powered recommendations in the form of a digital report (web dashboard + downloadable PDF file).
The prices listed above are final and include all costs related to the provision of the service. No additional delivery fees, service fees, or hidden charges apply. The price is fixed at the moment of payment.
Payments by holders of Kazakhstani bank cards are processed in Kazakhstani tenge (KZT) at the exchange rate of the acquiring bank on the day of the transaction. The KZT amount is displayed on the payment form before the Client confirms the transaction.
«PuraMind» LLP currently operates under a tax regime where VAT (НДС) is not applied. The Operator is not a VAT payer at this time. Prices contain no VAT component.
The service is delivered electronically, immediately after the payment is authorized by the acquiring bank. Typical generation time: 1-2 minutes from the moment of successful payment authorization. No physical delivery is performed and no shipping costs apply - the service is fully digital.
The result is delivered in two simultaneous forms:
One payment - one audit - one PDF. Each payment for the selected tier entitles the Client to a single SEO audit of a specific URL and a single PDF report based on the result of that audit. No repeat (free-of-charge) audit of the same site is provided under the same payment. If the Client wishes to run a new check - the same site again, the same site after changes, or a different site - this is a separate service that requires a new payment under the service tariffs. This model is deliberate: every audit is a separate transaction.
No personal account, no history. SEO Nerve operates without registration and without a personal account. The working session displaying audit results exists only during the current visit to the site. When the Client opens seonerve.com again, they are treated as a new user: no access to a previously generated report from the results page is provided, and no history of previous audits is shown.
Access to a previously generated PDF within 30 days. The PDF file is retained on the server for 30 calendar days from generation. Within that period the Client may request a copy of their PDF report via the feedback form on the website, providing the transaction_id and an email address for delivery. The request is processed manually by the support team, and the file is sent to the indicated email in a reply. Self-service re-download from the results page is not possible. After 30 days the file is automatically deleted.
If the service is delivered with critical defects - the PDF file was not generated, is corrupted, empty, or contains a data-export error - the Client has the right to request a replacement of the service (free regeneration of the report) within 14 calendar days from the date of payment. The replacement is performed by the Operator at no additional cost upon written request to seonervai@gmail.com containing the transaction_id and a description of the defect.
Alternatively, at the Client's choice and where objectively justified, the Operator may issue a full or partial refund instead of replacement (see Refund Policy).
Important: a successfully generated PDF report stored on the server is documentary evidence that the service was delivered in full. After successful generation of the PDF (which occurs automatically within 1-2 minutes of payment and is independent of whether the Client downloads the file), grounds for replacement no longer exist - the Client has already received the result of the intellectual analysis on both the website and as a file. Subjective dissatisfaction with the content of the analysis (the issues found or recommendations) is not grounds for replacement.

SEO Nerve provides automated analysis based on publicly available data. While we strive for accuracy, we do not guarantee that our scores or recommendations will improve your search engine rankings. SEO is complex and depends on many factors beyond our analysis.
The SEO Nerve service, including its algorithms, interface, and branding, is the intellectual property of «PuraMind» LLP. Reports generated for the Client may be used freely for the Client's own purposes.
SEO Nerve is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. The Operator is not liable for any damages arising from the use of the service or reliance on its recommendations.
The Operator may modify this Offer at any time. The current version is always published at seonerve.com/terms. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
