Refund Policy

Effective from May 15, 2026. Version 2026-05-15.

1. When the Service Is Considered Delivered

The SEO Nerve service is considered fully delivered at the moment the PDF report is successfully generated on our servers. The PDF report is generated automatically immediately after a successful payment - without any action from the customer and regardless of whether the customer opens the results dashboard or closes the browser tab.

The «Download PDF» button in the interface merely hands the customer a file that has already been prepared on our side. Pressing this button is not a precondition for the service being considered delivered: the customer is free not to download the file, to only view the data on screen, or not to open the dashboard at all - none of this affects the fact that the service was delivered. From the moment the PDF is generated, the customer has received the result of intellectual work and automated analysis, which cannot be «returned» to its original state.

2. Refunds are issued in the following cases

• A technical error on our side that prevented the report from being generated or made the PDF unavailable for download.
• The report was generated with critical defects (empty, corrupted, contains an export error).
• Payment was processed but the corresponding tier was not delivered (e.g., the Full Report tier was paid for but only Detailed Report was returned).
• Duplicate charge on the same card for the same transaction.

In these cases, the refund is issued within 14 calendar days after support confirms the issue. To request a refund, write to seonervai@gmail.com with the transaction_id and a description of the problem.

3. Refunds are NOT issued in the following cases

• The service was delivered properly (the report was generated, is available for download, and matches the description of the selected tier), but did not meet the customer's subjective expectations.
• The customer changed their mind after receiving the report.
• The customer did not like the content of the report (the issues found or the recommendations).
• The customer disagrees with the AI analysis recommendations.
• The customer did not use or apply the recommendations from the report.

4. Rationale

SEO Nerve is a digital service with instant delivery of an automated intellectual analysis. Before payment, the customer is presented with the service description, the list of checks, and the contents of the report on the pricing page. A free portion of the audit is available before payment — the customer has the opportunity to evaluate the quality and format of the service before deciding to purchase.

5. Disputes

If you have any questions or concerns, write to seonervai@gmail.com. We review every request individually and, where objectively justified, we will offer a solution (regeneration, partial refund, tier upgrade).

6. PDF Report Retention and Re-Access

The generated PDF report is retained on our servers for 30 calendar days from the moment of its generation (which is the moment of successful payment). After that period the file is automatically deleted.

SEO Nerve operates without registration or a personal account: the session showing the results exists only during the current visit to the website. Self-service re-access to a previously generated report from the results page is not possible - when the Client opens the website again, they are treated as a new user.

If, within the 30-day retention period, the Client needs another copy of the PDF report, it can be requested via the feedback form on the website or by email to seonervai@gmail.com, providing the transaction_id and an email address for delivery. The request is processed manually by support and the file is sent in a reply.

The file hash (SHA-256) and the transaction metadata (without personal data) are retained indefinitely for dispute-resolution purposes.
