Privacy Policy

0. Operator

The operator of the SEO Nerve service (seonerve.com) is «PuraMind» LLP, registered in the Republic of Kazakhstan at: 050035, Almaty, Bostandyk district, Bukhar Zhyrau Boulevard, building 62, apt. 6. Contact: +7 777 232 33 37, seonervai@gmail.com.

1. What We Collect

SEO Nerve does not require registration, login, an account, name, or email address. We do not collect email addresses from clients.

What is actually collected:

• URL of the site being audited - you submit it yourself in the audit form. We only analyze publicly accessible pages.
• For paid tiers only - IP address, User-Agent, language, tier name, audited URL, timestamp - written into the consent log at the moment of payment. This data is required for fraud prevention, chargeback protection, and dispute resolution with the acquiring bank.
• Server logs of the web server - standard HTTP-request logs (IP, request time, URL, User-Agent) generated automatically by the web server for security purposes and rotated within 14 days.

We do not collect: full names, postal addresses, phone numbers, dates of birth, or bank card data. Card data is handled exclusively by the acquiring bank / payment processor and never reaches our servers.

2. Card Payments

Card payments are processed by an external payment processor (acquiring bank). The card number, CVV, cardholder name, and other payment details are entered on the processor's secure page and do not pass through SEO Nerve servers. We receive only the transaction identifier (transaction_id) and the payment status (success / failure).

3. How We Use Your Data

• The submitted URL is analyzed in real time to generate the SEO report;
• The IP address and User-Agent logged at payment time are used solely to prove that the client agreed to the terms of the offer and to resolve possible disputes with the bank (chargebacks);
• The PDF report is generated on the server and stored for download (see Section 4);
• The transaction_id is used to identify your payment in case of a refund or replacement of the service.

We do not perform behavioral profiling, do not build advertising profiles, and do not send marketing emails (we have no email address to send them to).

4. Storage and Retention

After the retention period expires, the data is automatically deleted. The 30-day PDF retention is a deliberate trade-off: it lets us prove that the service was actually delivered if the client requests a chargeback claiming «the service was not provided».

5. Cookies and localStorage

SEO Nerve does not use tracking, advertising, or analytics cookies. We only use the browser's localStorage to store:

• your selected interface language (en/ru/uk);
• your selected theme (light/dark).

This data never leaves your browser.

6. Third Parties

For some service functions we use external providers. They receive only the minimum necessary data:

• Anthropic (Claude API) / OpenAI - to generate AI recommendations. Only the audit metrics (numbers, lists of issues) are sent; the IP address and any client identifiers are not transmitted.
• Acquiring bank / payment processor - to process card payments. We only pass the order amount and reference; the bank collects card data on its own page.
• Google PageSpeed Insights API - to measure Core Web Vitals. Only the audited URL is sent.

We do not sell, exchange, or transfer data to third parties for marketing purposes.

7. Your Rights

Since we do not maintain a personal-data database (no email, no name), we cannot offer a personal account. However, you can:

• Request deletion of your PDF report before the 30-day expiry - email seonervai@gmail.com with your transaction_id;
• Request deletion of an audit-cache entry for a specific URL;
• Request a copy of the data linked to your transaction_id (consent log entry, transaction metadata).

Important: the consent log and transaction metadata cannot be deleted within the retention period, as they are required for compliance with chargeback regulations and dispute resolution with the bank.

8. Changes to This Policy

We may update this policy. The current version is always published at seonerve.com/privacy with an updated effective date.
